Just got it in.

Just opened the box on the 11,500 kW with the 14,500 surgery rating so far out of the box. Everything has gone exactly is explained. The directions are very thorough after going through the initial set up process and adding fuel the generator started right up after the five hour break in. I’ll change the oil and hopefully we can never have another problem with it

Received quickly, ahead of schedule. Have not had an opportunity use but appears to be good quality and received undamaged. Only 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet.

I BOUGHT THE GENERATOR IN FALL OF 2024 AFTER HURRICANE HELENE RAVAGED OUR COMMUNITIES IN WNC. I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT WILL HAVE POWER IN EVENT OF ANOTHER MONTHS LONG POWER OUTAGE - HEAVEN FORBID

Tri-fuel 13500W generator

Bought this following our Bomb Cyclone in November. I have not used it yet but the machine feels like a quality product. Controls are well marked and seem easy to use. Oil port and drain are easy to access. Hoping we won't need it for a while but looking forward to trying it out. Planning on hooking to natural gas so no refueling during our 4+ day outages.
