Just purchased this generator as a backup for frequent power outages. It is definitely quieter than my 26 year old generator. Have not had to use it yet.

Great portable & powerful generator with outstanding features. Easy to start and operate, with very user friendly controls. The option of three (3) different sources of power, the starting & running watts, built-in safety features, and available outlets make this an improvement over the older generator I'm replacing. Looking forward to many years of service from this new Westinghouse unit.

Seems pretty easy to set up, we didn’t have to use it yet. They sent us an “upgrade” of a tri fuel instead of the dual that we ordered (but we won’t ever need the third fuel option). But it was nice they upgraded for free!

Now I'm able to run this with natural gas in lieu if having to carry a5 gal can every 11 hours, which at 70yrs old and having to walk around to the back of my house was rough, 3-1/2 days w/o power.
Now, I'm not only hooked to natural gas but it's also electric start, has a key fob so I don't even have to go out into my shed.
Runs great, powerful, can even run the air.
