Assembled this generator yesterday, testing it today. First time starting. So far it runs for about 5 seconds and stops. Multiple attempts, same result. Troubleshooting guide suggests bad gas. The gas was recently purchased and has stabilizer. Also suggests dirty air filter - it is new, low oil -full. i am confident this can be resolved quickly.

We bought this generator after losing power during Helene for 2 weeks. The quality is great and we even got a surprise upgrade to trifuel. Very impressed with the generator!
