So far I like the packageing and it was all intack. I have not started it yet still need to get the cables.

Great features, great price

I am very happy to have this in my storm preparedness arsenal. Knowing I have a reliable backup plan gives me great peace of mind, and the build quality seems solid right out of the box. While I haven't had a chance to put it through a full power outage yet, the setup was straightforward. I feel much more prepared for the next storm season.
