Surprisingly easy to use!

We are very excited about having this generator! We recently upgraded our HVAC system and, not realizing our Craftsman generator could no longer handle the new higher watt surge needed for AC startup, we scrambled to find a larger generator capable of running the whole house -- and the larger HVAC unit. We were sold when we saw the surge watt rating for the Westinghouse (we'd been out of power and water for 48 hrs at this point and wanted something with the muscle needed to get things back to normal quickly). What pleasantly surprised us was learning that our Westinghouse was not only capable of running on 3 DIFFERENT FUEL TYPES but had a remote start! As fate would have it, once we got it home and set up, the power came back, but I'm resting comfortably now knowing the next time the power goes out (and it frequently does!) we'll be ready!

Excellent Tri-Fuel Generator — Powerful, Reliable,

I recently purchased the Westinghouse WGen10500TFc Tri-Fuel Generator, and overall I’m very impressed with its performance. I wanted a generator that could provide enough power for my home during an outage while also giving me the flexibility to use gasoline, propane, or natural gas. This generator checks all those boxes.
The biggest advantage for me is the tri-fuel capability. Being able to run it on gasoline, propane, or natural gas gives me peace of mind, especially during a prolonged power outage when one fuel source may not be readily available. Natural gas is particularly convenient because I don’t have to worry about storing large amounts of gasoline.
The generator provides plenty of power for household essentials, and it has the capacity to handle multiple appliances and important equipment at the same time. The electric start is also very convenient, and the overall setup and operation have been straightforward.
I also appreciate the build quality and heavy-duty design. It is a large generator, so it is definitely not something you will casually move around, but the wheels and handles make moving it much easier when needed.
Another thing I like is that Westinghouse includes useful features that make monitoring and operating the generator easier. The controls are relatively straightforward, and the generator feels solid and well-built.
