Wheel Broke on first use

My wife and I bought this in May and used it for the first time this weekend. The generator for power was great! The tri-fuel options are convenient.The wheels on it are inadequate for the weight of the generator itself.

Having conducted extensive research on backup generators for my home, I have concluded that this particular model is exceptionally well-suited to my needs, and I am certainly pleased with my choice. It performs admirably, effortlessly powering my entire house. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Just received generator. Instructions to assemble were great. Started it using propane. So easy started immediately. The User manual is in simple terms which makes it easy to understand. Love the Key FoB.

After much research, the Westinghouse 11500tfc was the best bang for the buck. Being able to run on propane and natural gas will be a game changer.

Very Easy to Set-up

I bought this unit as a replacement generator. I like that it can use multiple types of fuel, gas, propane or natural gas. The instructions for each are easy to understand. Normal maintenance on the unit is not difficult. Electric start feature is awesome. I am looking forward to many years of reliable use.
