Just purchased. Easy to assemble. Remote start is an outstanding feature. Funnel included..makes adding oil much easier. Have only had an opportunity to test it so far.

Just what I need!

This model has all of the variety that I need for our area that seems to frequently lose power. I plan on using this to connect to NG (love that it comes with a hose) and running my first floor when we lose power. This has everything I need!

Nice Upgrade

Purchased the WGen10500DFc (Dual-fuel), received the Tri-fuel model. Sticker on box stated I received a free upgrade to the Tri-fuel model. Nice! Only feature it doesn't have is the automatic idle control, as the DF had it.
Followed the simple instructions before starting. It started the first try without any issues.
Very pleased with the unit thus far. I'm confident it will supply my power needs when or if needed.
