Had my unit for 3 months with minor usage but when it is needed no issues.
Checked out a lot of different brands before I bought this one and have not regretted it.
Unit is heavy built and was very well thought out on the design and features. (Maybe someone who actually has run a generator) Starts easy with the electric start, have not tried to pull start.
Unit is not quite when running but tolerable especially if not in confined areas.
Only drawback is that it does not have a low idle but if it’s running there a reason and shouldn’t be idling that much.

Excellent Product

I bought this back in April 2025; did not use it when it was delivered, only to try it out to make sure it was working and worked it did; Recently powered my whole house with it; took a minute or two for the central air to kick in and it did; fridge, microwave, all lights and fan plus which was most important all my saltwater devices worked. Wonderful product.
