Great item with a few minor issues.Best in reviews

After researching generators, I landed on this make and model from the reviews I read. Setup instructions could be better, including starting procedures for the different fuel types. I initially hooked up to propane as I didn’t want to put any gas in it to foul it up later in the year. It would not start. I contacted support, and was again disappointed, as the guy kept telling me I had to go through the break-in period of running it 5 hours. Ah, it won’t start?!? Sometimes I wonder if I am speaking English. :-) After another 30 min on the phone, he had me put gas in it. It then ran. I still have problems with it starting cold off propane as others have noted. If I start it on gas to warm it up, then it will start on propane. I am hoping the break-in period fixes this issue or it will be going back. I am a farmer of 60 years so I am mechanically inclined more than most. I am hoping to run this on natural gas, once piped up. Better set-up and run instructions, please. And maybe a pair of hearing aides for your support guys.

I love this generator; it looked great coming out of the box, and the first start up was easy I ran off liquid propane and started right up. this is going to be well worth the money I spent. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a good unit.

I bought this generator to run my house in case of power failure during the winter. It looks great. Got it all set up and it runs beautifully. Winter is here now and we haven't lost power yet but if we do I know I'll be ready for it!!
