I bought this particular model for its portability and tri fuel ability. Battery was DOA and the negative connection was not installed correctly but iall it took was an easy twist of the 10mm socket. Other than that it seems to be in good working order. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I haven't tested all fuel types yet but I'll post an update when I do.

Wgen11500TFc tri fuel unit

Received the unit 2 weeks ahead of schedule!! Connected to 20lb propane tank. Started right up after adding oil. Ran with no load for 40 minutes. Connected to house power via transfer switch and 50 amp cable. Wouldn't power any outlets. Didn't realize the main breaker was in the off position. After main breaker put on, started powering up everything. Trying to stay at no more than 50% load for break in period. Worked great including my upstairs ac unit!!

Just received the generator and impressed so far with the ease of assembly, delivery process and overall operation. I’m not looking forward to any situations that will warrant its’s use, however, the natural gas option will be so much easier than relying on gasoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased one of the Westinghouse pressure washers previously and have been very happy with that unit. Well built and reliable performance, so this is why I choose to purchase a Westinghouse portable generator, in addition to the excellent reviews. Several reviewers commented that the WGen11500TFc unit is a beast. I would say “tank” is more appropriate. This thing is extremely well designed and appears to be very well built for long-term reliability. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Rolling blackouts I’m ready

Just picked up my Westinghouse 11,500 today ,, the wheels and pegs mounted within 15 minutes.. Ftlled with oil top it off with fresh fuel and stabilizer,,, push star button started on the third try sounded A little clankie for about 5 minutes sound subsided ran for about 40 minutes shut off and I’ve started three more times …still need to Break in and have not put on the load yet but now I’m putting it up ready for any event so far so good that will recommend at this point.
