I just bought this; I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I have the electrician coming by to hook it up to my house. I have 2 neighbors who swear by them. they have had one for a few years.

Overall, I’m happy with the generator so far. It starts easily with the pull cord, and I like the flexibility of having a tri-fuel generator for emergencies. The main downside I’ve experienced is that the electric push-button start hasn’t worked properly. The battery appears to have arrived low, so I’m troubleshooting that issue. Other than that, it seems like a solid option for hurricane preparedness and keeping essential appliances running during a power outage. I’ll update my review after I get the electric start working reliably.

I have not ran the unit yet. I have read the instructions and assembled the unit. So far the unit is affordable and has all the features I was looking for. 50 Amp breaker, remote start and electric start. With max watts at 13,500. The only thing I would add at this point there is no natural gas hose supplied with the unit. If there is a supplied LP hose it would be just as easy to supply the NG hose.
