This is a new purchase. I am a first-time pressure washer owner. This product has tremendous power. So much so that I am learning how to tame it. The machine seems solid. I am still learning how to crank this engine. At times, it is challenging. Releasing the pressure on the gun helps. It still requires several cranks.

I bought this to start my first business it seems very professional and im excited to try it out! I was a bit upset to see the gass tank got bent in transport. Other than that it seems like its going to be a great washer.

Buyer beware

I purchased this April 2025 and used it to power wash the back of the house and pool deck (maybe 3 hours total). It worked well. HOWEVER, the second time I used it in May 2026, the pump started leaking out the bottom about an hour in to powerwashing the pool deck. I called support and was told that the pump is a maintenance item and not covered under warranty. I did properly winterize the machine and stored it a basement so freezing was not the issue. It worked fine for an hour into the job before it started spewing water out the bottom. Please don’t make the same expensive mistake I did in buying this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks to be well made. I have not used it yet so will update the review after I have used it a while. I noticed in the manual the WPX3800 has dual oil fill ports, one on each side. i thought I was missing a cap on one side but realized one side is permenantly plugged at the bottom. Don't know why they didn't plug it at the top or provide a cap as the hole is about 2" deep and will collect water and dirt.
