nice features when it works

I have had this since September and only used about 5-6 times. Now the pull rope won't pull. I took the spark plug out and it pulls but when I put it back in, it is stuck again. Starting to think it wasn't worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this. WPX3800 pressure washer September 2023 it works great until recently April 2025 wouldn’t start all holes hookup correctly just will not start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this to replace an old undermount unit and I like the layout and features of this model. The built in soap tank is much better than having a tip attached soap dispenser! The quick-tach hose is also a huge plus!

Strong pressure washer

The flow and pressure on this machine are excellent. My main complaint is that it can be quite difficult to start. Also, the pump manual and pressure washer manual provide inconsistent directions (e.g. pump oil type).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleaning beast

This pressure washer was easy to set up - took me about 30 minutes to unbox it and get everything ready to try out. Cleaned my dirty vinyl siding with ease, then tackled the driveway next. Plenty of power for tasks around the home!
