Part replacements difficult

Bought several years ago. No issues until this year. The housing on the outlet valve is cracked. Due to the use of a rare pump model, finding a replacement has been impossible. Contacting support for help. They don’t have a phone number. So I have to submit a ticket and pray someone gets ahold of me. Outside of that the unit worked good. Due to the difficulty of finding a replacement for this pump, I’ve had to attempt to JB weld multiple times now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brought it home n put it together. Easy to follow installation instructions.
hooked it up an ran if for 10 minutes. Tried all 5 nozzles to see the power. Worked great.
Time will tell if it lasts but so far so good!!!

Received my gas powered pressure washer today, it was very well packed, i opened it and assembled it. It was partly assembled but what I had to assemble was super easy ! It even came with the 2 tools needed ! All the parts and the pressure washer itself was made of good quality material ! I will not hesitate to order another one if I should ever need one ! I would recommend this to anyone that needs a great quality pressure washer !

Amazing Pressure Washer - You can't go wrong!

I bought this pressure washer last week to replace a pressure washer I had for over 20 years. My wife and I cleaned our patio today and the concrete looks new, we cannot believe the difference. It took about 2 hours to clean the entire patio, where to old pressure washer would take about 5 hours. Absolutely thrilled I decided to buy this pressure washer and cannot wait to use it again to do the siding on the house.
