Surface Cleaner is e well-constructed and came with instructions. Also, include is part number for replacement parts.

I have never used a power washer. Set up was very easy. I purchased the surface cleaner for my back patio (~240 sq ft). This worked beautifully. I pushed it around like I would a mop & I did not use any concrete cleaner. It did not take long to clean my patio. I wish I had taken photos but I was too eager to use it, lol. Perfect for small patios/sidewalks.

Going from one without wheels to with, this is a big difference. So much easier to maneuver back and forth, and left to right.
