I bought this to clean off my patio after the wet winter. It cleaned the surface like a champ. I wish I had bought it years ago.

BE SURE to add a garden hose washer, in addition to the screened washer that is installed, to the garden hose connection port; if you do not add a washerit will leak... remove the screened washer, incert the new washer then incert the screened washer, then attach a garden hose, NO MORE LEAK... this washer is not industrial but it works very well around the home... set the soap applicator to about 50% and adjust from there... i am happy with mthis purchase...
