Not for Westinghouse Electric Pressure Washers

Do not use any Quick Connect fittings with an electric Westinghouse Pressure Washer as they cause motor shut off and to re-pressurization. You will lose water pressure. Do not connect your garden hose with Quick Connect to the Input, nor on the Output to the pressure hose including the spray gun (long or stubby/short) as it causes unusual sporadic behavior. Without Quick Connects, your Westinghouse will run and perform normally. This occurred often while using the WPX2300e and WPX3000e models. Things were not functioning correctly, using the process of elimination, had to remove all the Quick Connect fittings before the Westinghouse Pressure Washer would work properly. With Quick Connects, it would spray for 10 seconds and then cut off, had to wait for the motor to re-pressurize to regain pressure, then it would stop again after 10 seconds. The Quick Connect themselves are good, the Westinghouse Electric P.W. will just reject to operated with them. Don't purchase Quick Connects for your Westinghouse electric pressure washer as the machine performs fine without them as if you use one QC it will drive you crazy. Probably the gas units may have no problems.
