Unable to use pressure washer

I bought this a couple of months ago for my vacation home. I just got to my home to put everything together, and it all went together very nicely, but when I tried to fill it with gas and get it started up, when I turned the fuel on, I had a study stream of fuel leaking out from the carburetor, so I was unable to use it and had to start the warranty/claim process. Frustrating and disappointing so far, but seems like a very good piece of equipment.
I’m hoping this gets taken care of quickly.

I only recently bought this and have only used it once. So while I can't speak to long term durability, I can say that it performed as expected and I am very happy with the purchase. The high pressure hose is longer than my previous pressure washer, and it took me a bit to figure out how to keep it from knotting around itself so I could take advantage of the whole length. But once I did, it was great. That was really the only hiccup. The set up was super easy and I'm looking forward to using it again with the added soap feature.

I just got it. It went Together nicely. I do like the set up and ergonomics of operating the unit. I have not had a chance to use it extensively,
