Just purchased and assembled last night.
Only problem is the gas cap is cracked, but usable.
As long as they replace that in a timely manner, all will be good.

I bought this product in June of 25. Overall I’m pleased with the performance after washing the entrance to the barn, our patio, garage entrance, the sidewalk and then the entire house. It took approximately 3 hours to complete. This was the first time using it.
Suggested improvements included:
A larger soap container (perhaps clear in color so the level of soap can be easily seen.)
An alternate siphon hose for flushing out the pump with plain water.
A drain on the soap container.
A longer pressure hose. (At least 30 feet)
A longer wand
A pressure gauge to monitor pressure output of the pump. (Perhaps making it adjustable)
Turn the water and pressure hose connections to the back (creates much better maneuvering and ease of use of the pressure washer)
