Purchased this for fathers day and it was an excellent purchase.
Had no problems so far and does exactly what it is supposed to do.
It is brand new so we will see how long this lasts.

The cord can be difficult to pull, due to its location on the motor

The instructions were clear and it was easy to assemble.I have only used it for a couple of hours and am very pleased with the results.

Straight forward assembly and startup

The assembly and startup were straight forward and relatively easy per the instructions.
The washer works good for cleaning cement and is easy to move around. I purchased it to help clean my deck, siding, cement driveways and patio and sidewalks. It has plenty of power. I only wish there was a feature to select a lower pressure at times but I knew it didn't have that option before I bought it (that's the only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5).
