Trouble out of the gate

I ordered this WPX3400 power washer because it was highly rated on CR, but it had some problems the very first day. After about 1hr of use, the hex nut from 1 of the 4 motor mounts that attaches the motor to the pull cart frame worked loose and fell out on my driveway. I later had to manually replace that and tighten all 4 nuts under the bottom of the unit.
Also, after I followed the documented procedures for shutting the power washer OFF, then attempted to restart it following the startup procedures, the engine would not fire. I had to let the unit sit for a while and come back and try several variations of the startup procedure

Just received pressure washer and finish assembling it very straightforward looking forward to fire it up in the morning for a job I’m doing ,seems very solidly built

Easy to put together, quality parts. Instructions could do a better job of calling out just how much oil you should add. Fired up on the first pull. Easy to use.

Bought this unit on June 7, 2025. Just assembled today. Missing one screw for handle attachment so I plan con contacting company after weekend. Easy to assemble. Ready to get started using this beast.
