Easy Assembly and Documentation

Just bought this to replace an elderly Honda unit. The assembly was easy and now we’re looking forward to many years with the new guy!

Starter cord locked, Can't start it.

Set up was easy, all good until I tried to start it. The starter pull cord is locked. No one answered the phone after 45 minutes of being on hold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

features and price are good

we bought this machine because of the size and thought it would be easy for my wife and I both to use but it is very hard to start, we pull on the rope and the whole machine moves, not very happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this washer pressure to clean brick, walkways and other surfaces around my home….it took all the black mildew off the bricks and lightened the patio, looking brand new!!!! I’m extremely happy with my purchase…..
