Leaking oil after original oil was put in…this power washer has never been started as a result of this leaking oil problem. Called your support line today to hopefully get this resolved without a lot of hassle. Usually by Honda motors…trying you out for the 1st time. Not good so far.
Please resolve this issue…brand new power washer out of the box leaking oil is not good.

Easy setup, started right up & plenty of power

took only 15 minutes to take out of the box, put it all together & have it hooded up & running. started right up & ran great. registered only 3000 psi on my gauge but that was expected cause no pressure washer made gets what they list at max psi. But still has plenty enough power to do the tough dirty & greasy jobs on concrete. Very happy with purchase so far. i do suggest getting a lot better hose that is kink resistant & short nozzle spray gun which makes it a lot easier to use

Works great. One bolt holding pump to engine isn't tapped correctly and was cross threaded into engine. Still works fine though
