I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO START THIS MACHINE BUT ONE TIME. USED IT FOR <30 MINUTES AND THE NEXT TIME I TRIED TO START IT, THE PULL HANDLE STOPPED AT ABOUT 6-8" AND THAT IS ALL I KNOW TO SAY!
