Maybe I Got a Lemon

I. Purchased last month and tried out after assembly. Worked for about 10 minutes and then the pressure dropped to hose pressure. Attempted to troubleshoot per owners manual but no luck so far. Need help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
