good power and price

It has the power but it is hard to start for this 72 year old (I have to find a younger person to start it). The pull for the start is angled toward the ground. I was able to reposition it so it pulls up, also it catches as it rotates. I would give a 4.5 but the choice was between 4.0 and 5.0. The price was very good

Powerful Power Washer

Purchased the Westinghouse Model WPX3400, it is very powerful, just got to use it today , after using the Westinghouse WPX3400 it has the power I need, I have many home projects and the WPX3400 will get the job done with ease, thank you for a great product

Great Soap Dispenser

I have always wanted a power washer and am more than happy with this one. Easy instructions for assembly. The feature I like the most is the soap dispenser. The machine is perfect size and works great!

I purchased the power washer two weeks ago. It was relatively easy to assemble, start up, and use. I started with the 40 degree nozzle, which worked well but due to the amount of grime on my walk, I switched to the 25 and then 15 degree nozzles for additional power. I decided to purchase the turbo nozzle kit and the surface cleaner to add additional power and a wider path, which I hope will speed up the process. I didn't know how long the tank of gas would last, so the result was the engine shutting off just prior to finishing. It was a long sidewalk with much grime, so that was fine. I added additional fuel to the machine and tried to start it up, but no luck. I waiting for what I believed to be a reasonable amount of time, figuring the engine needed to cool down, but again no luck. I put the washer away for the evening, figuring I would try again when the washer completely cooled down or expected I might need to call service. Fortunately, the long wait paid off and the washer started up again the next day without a problem. I suggest that the manual be edited to let consumers know that they need to either run it for shorter periods of time or be prepared to wait a significant amount of time for it to cool off.
