So far, no good

Straight out of the box this power washer would not start (the easy start label is a total lie). I went through the troubleshooting guide with no success. I called the customer support number - and they do not have anyone available for power washer assistance on weekends... So I waited and called during the week, where I spent a lot of time on hold despite being "number 2" in line. I was hung up on after each subsequent waiting period (star deduction for customer support). I am on hold again as I write this review - hoping not to get another hang up.
I would love to update this review once the unit begins to actually work - but so far, no good has come from this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to assemble, powerful, and sturdy…my only dislike is that there is no way to adjust the force of water exiting the hose

This pressure washer delivers the power I needed. I bought it to strip paint off of decks and fences. I was not disappointed. I love that it's quieter than my prior unit.

Rear Motor mounts came loose on the 2nd day of use. Otherwise easy to assemble, good power, cleans well.

EASY from assembly through starting to operation!

This pressure washer is the easiest I have ever operated. There are two points of contention. I would recommend replacing the ON/OFF switch with a basic heavy duty toggle switch, The second point is with the detergent tank. A longneck spout would make it easier to fill without spillage.
