Horrible Westinghouse pressure washer

The pressure washer 3400 I ordered did not work, I followed all the directions and called support, NO response to help me. Engine is frozen, locked up, pull cord to crank it will not budge. Don’t get suckered like I did
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in June and used it to clean my deck sidewalks and driveway. It is very powerful and was priced lower than most other machines with the same or similar capabilities. The only thing I'm not to keen on is the hose for the wand. It could be better and a little longer. However, I am really impressed with the machine itself, this is perfect for me as I have a larger home and property to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup and start

I have had an opportunity to try this out for just a bit so my review is based on just using the unit for about 20 minutes. The setup a was pretty straightforward but after reading a few other reviews, I added a 45 degree elbow to prevent the garden hose from rubbing against the tire and a length of PVC pipe to the frame in order route the hi pressure hose through so that it is guided away from the hot exhaust. Access to the fill port on the soap container seems to be blocked by the engine. All of these areas could use a design review so that they aren't a problem for the customer right out of the box. Aside from this, unit was an easy start on first pull and looking forward to tackling driveway and walkways with surface cleaner attached to this high power washer. Unit seems well built and I expect to receive a good service life from the pressure washer. I am completing this review as part of a promotion to receive 5 bonus spray nozzles from the manufacturer.

Pleased with assembly

I bought this only a week ago and have not yet used used it; however I put it together with absolutely no problems. The instructions were dead on and all the hardware was there. Looking forward to cleaning my driveway
