Worked great until it didn't!

The unit ran great the first 2 times I used the unit, maybe 3 hours each time. The 3rd time I used this pressure washer, the water pump had frozen shut. The motor ran, but there was no water flowing through the pump. The service department ended up sending me a replacement pump (that was used). I did install the pump, and the pressure washer works great again. The water pressure of this unit (3400 PSI) is pretty powerful, sufficient to operate my surface cleaner although I did have to clean certain areas with the wand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overheats

We purchased the pressure washer in August of 2023 and in December 2023 the pull cable broke, we replaced it and now the unit overheats and shuts down after 30 min of use. The 2nd cable just broke and the unit will not start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Power washer

I replaced a Toro Power Washer after owning it for 17 years. This product had fantastic reviews which influenced my decision to purchase it, and Im glad I did. It was super easy to assemble and started on the 1st pull. I will post another review after using it for the 1st time
