Wheels are wobbly, frame is wobbly, seems like I'm going to have to tweak the frame by adding washers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been researching pressure washers for a while and finally settled on the Westinghouse 3400psi, 2.6gpm. I feel like it's a great value; high pressure and flow for the price compared to other pressure washers. Assembly was quick and easy too.

Bought this product and when I received it, it was packaged nicely. Product was east to assemble and started right up. So far so good. Nice machine especially for the price
