Need help!

I purchased this pressure washer a few days ago. My husband just got it put together and we were anxious to try it out on our driveway that has a lot of buildup dirt from previous years. Once everything was hooked up, he started it and it honestly wasn’t doing much for the dirt on the driveway, but I had kind of expected that I would have to purchase a surface cleaner along with it which I am planning on doing. We had it running for less than five minutes and when we turned it off, the engine was smoking and had a bad burning smell. I don’t see anything in the troubleshooting of the user manual that describes this and I am really afraid to even start it up again. Would anyone be able to advise on this situation? I didn’t want to rate this because I really can’t, however a rating was required so for now it will have to be what it is.

Best I have had in a while

I have gone through several pressure washers over the past few years, but this one has performed exceptionally! Easy to start, reliable and has made quick time o all the projects I have used it for. I highly recommend this product.

Powerful. Cleans fast with a cleaner

3400 is a powerful washer and cleans great. But you have to use the black spray nozzle to get the cleaner on the concrete, then switch to the more powerful nozzle. And the machine seems to use a lot of gas. But it works great and cleans fast !!

Great Power Washer-Easy to use!

Bought this power washer because we were tired of borrowing one every year from a relative. This is easy to use/set up. My wife even loves to power wash the deck! This power washer is easy to move around and gets the job done. The 3400 PSI gets the job done quicker too. Would recommend to a friend. Glad we purchased.

First Pressure Washer very pleased

This is my first pressure washer got the 15 inch surface cleaner as well it does an amazing job. If you can use a push mower you can use this product i would strongly recommend getting the Westinghouse 15 inch surface cleaner with this. It made cleaning my concrete easy and was a time saver.
