Easy Setup

Bought this generator after having three power outages this winter. This is my first generator and I wanted one that would be quiet but have enough power to run refrigerators, water heater, and heat.
Setup was easy. Two people can easily lift the generator out of the packaging and move it around for assembly. Tools needed were included which was great since I didn't have a 24mm wrench. Only part that was a challenge was filling the oil. The funnel included looks like it should screw into the oil inlet, but it doesn't. As a result, it's a bit tricky to fill the oil without spilling some of it. Also, the key fob for remote start has a plastic ring around the battery that needs to be removed before it will work. I didn't see anything about this in the instructions.
I started it up to test it using propane. Started easily and was pretty quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Definitely higher price point but well worth it. Super nice unit! Very clean, very user friendly. Much lighter than I thought it would be.

Quite while powering the house - so far so good

I picked up the iGen111000DFc. It was in a box on a small pallet. The packaging was sufficient, and assembly was quick and easy.
After running through the initial break in run I connected this to my house propane tank and RV plug that goes to the electrical panel. I flipped the lockout on the breaker panel and tested it powering the house. It runs everything well without bogging down. I previously calculated the total necessity load on the panel, and it is a little under 8kW with everything intended on. So it works for me. We already had a power outage just weeks after getting this set up. It was quick and easy to power on, switch over the breaker, and back to having power in the house.

Quiet generator

This generator is so quiet and easy to start and it powers everything we need in the house. Our only issue is with the battery. It didn't stay charged so we had to leave it on the trickle charge all the time.
