A push button start is very convenient compared to a choke with pull start. The built in battery charger is a game changer. The power this inverter produces powers my whole house, including my 3 ton heat pump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am interested in this generator but it would have to fit in a specific space. Is the a diagram that shows specific dimensions? I really am most interested to k ow of the 30.5L dimensions includes the folding handle. And is so, how long is the body of the generator without the handle?

Great Inverter Generator

I just purchased this Inverter Generator, iGen11000DFc, a couple days ago. The product was packaged nicely and well protected. Everything (other than the fuel, lol) comes included in the box, even all the tools needed for assembly. The set up was quick and easy.
I connected a propane tank and fired it up. It started right up with no problem. Ran some quick tests by connecting a couple appliances to confirm it was working properly and called it a day. I will be installing a transfer switch in the next few days so that I can power my entire house during the next power outage. So far I love this Inverter Generator!

Powerful and quiet generator

This generator runs smoothly and quietly. It was very easy to assemble with two people and the push-button start with autochoke is awesome. The 10w/30 oil that came with it is not rated for cold climate and must be replaced with 5w/30. The engine is large so pull-starting was far from easy, but a strong adult can do it. The battery is undersized, so be prepared to find an outlet nearby to charge the battery so you can use the electric start. If the battery is charged, this generator fires up immediately and starts producing very good power. Enough power to run all of our appliances, including our well pump, and charge our large 48v battery bank.

Worth the wait, a great generator!

I was looking for a quality brand generator that’ll run my whole house, including the air conditioner and well pump. I didn’t want a “whole-house” built in unit that I wouldnt be able to take with me if we moved to a different home again. So far the Westinghouse iGen11000DFc is up to the task.
The key features I was looking for included: will run on at least dual fuel, 50amp hookup, and parallel capabilities. The Westinghouse had all of these.
The unit is very heavy but was easy to set up and get running. I haven’t had a power outage yet to run the unit for extended hours but it has run flawless during all my testing and has powered everything Ive asked of it. Because of the inverter, I no longer have issues running my built in microwave which would error-out using my older/smaller generator. I’m confident I’ll be ready if the power does go out.
The only feature I wish this unit had would be the tri-fuel option, that would be awesome. So far this generator has been great!

Great home back up generator!

I bought this generator as a home back up and it’s proven to be a reliable, capable machine! Assembly was straight forward, it started with no issues out of the box and, after break in, I found it was able to provide stable power to critical circuits in my home.
I’ve had no starting issues or power fluctuations. I’m confident I purchased to right power solution to run sensitive electronics during outages!
