Have not had to use it yet, but assembly was easy. Operation, startup, and noise level all seemed good when testing.

Great Generator

This generator way quieter than my last generator. Things start up and run with no problem. The power is steady with almost no variation. Would definitely buy this generator again.

I received this product delivered with care and complete. It meets my criteria of >10k watts with low noise. I'm most impressed with the quality. I've only hooked up and tested so far but meets all my criteria and easy to use. Excellent User manual leaving no questions. Ready now for hurricane season.

I purchased this generator to replace an older smaller one. The size is quite a bit larger but not the sound! It is noticeably louder but for the amount of power added I don’t mind. This generator will play multiple roles for me, used for bowfishing and running all of my equipment, to power our camper whenever we boondock, or back up power supply for my house if the power goes out. Being dual fuel makes it nice. I plan to run nothing but ethanol free gas but if we are without power for an extended time I have multiple large propane tanks! No more freezing when the power goes out!
