Good product so far. I did notice when unpacking the generator there were small iron pellets at the bottom of the packaging. Not sure what or why.

We bought this generator 2 weeks ago for our 30 ft Rv. It was easy to assemble and set up. We took it camping and it ran flawlessly. We are very happy with this purchase.

Great Generator

My husband searched long and hard for the right generator before selecting this one. It had all of the outlets and the amps we needed. It arrived on time. Would definitely recommend. While it hasn't been put through the full paces, it started effortlessly and worked well while it was being tested. We are now prepared for hurricane season 2025 but hopefully won't have to use it.

Bought this to powwer the house and central AC in a power outage. I am in Tampa and almost yearly we are without power for up to a week due to hurricanes and sometimes more often than that. I did install a soft start on my central air and with this generator I can run my whole house. It is amazingly quiet as well. I have only run it with poropane thus far and it starts right up every time. It is also extremely quick and easy to open the covers to check the oil or disconnect and reconnect the battery for storage. They seem to have thought of everything. I am super pleased with my purchase and newfound piece of mind.

I own and sold a df9500. It ran perfectly for years. Second house igen10000 dual fuel with co. It has more features than my other generator. Quieter, same easy start, easy to access maintenance. Recommend to family
