Beautiful product — easy set up, and portability!!

The generator was packed carefully and is by all accounts a beautiful product. A lot of thought, engineering and care was put into crafting this product. Although heavy, we appreciate the minimalist footprint for packing, toting and storage purchases. Set up was a breeze!!

great features

I have not tried the generator yet but look forward to having clean power. I cannot trust old generator with sensitive equipment. The features with this generator make it a good value for the price. My greatest concern is with installing high altitude kits as I am at 6000ft in .elev. .A DETAILED instruction manual with illustrations specific to this model (igen8500tfc) would be greatly appreciated! Can you supply this?

Pleased So Far

Uncrated and all seems well so far. Read User Manual, pulled panels and internal parts seem to be in order, filled oil, battery connections went together with no issues, attached propane tank and started immediately. Only ran it about one half to three quarters of an hour but my wife who hears everything never heard it. Only have about six hours but happy so far.

Peace of Mind Purchase

This is a peace of mind purchase. We live in the deep South, and we have heard that this winter may be unusually severe, Georgia is not geared for this. I've read all the instructions, filled the oil and will be going out to get ethanol free fuel to try it. Also getting a natural gas line extended for the Tri Fuel option. The box has been broken down and dumped on the land fill, so I am definitely banking this 5-star review on it being a problem free purchase. Fingers crossed!

Just started it and let it ran for 15 mins. Haven’t plugged anything in it yet. But so far runs quiet and smooth. Will test out more soon
