Came very well packed. Solid unit. Instructions are easy to use and it comes with all the tools you need for set-up. I also liked that it comes with a complete spare parts list.

I bought this inverter a month ago and have it set up to run my 2100 sq ft home, including a 2.5 ton central AC system. This generator is just what I was looking for!

Quiet and calm

Picked this up about 2 weeks back and going to break-in period. Simple set up, very quiet running on propane. Running about 2700 Watts during break-in and no issues

Purchased this generator (iGen111000DFc) the end of June 2024. I can only comment on pre-starting items. 5-stars since I can't fault it for things I haven't tested as yet.
Packaging: very good+ Box was in very good condition. Only minor indents from the plastic strapping (expected). Shipped on a small pallet for easier transport/handling.
Unboxed Condition: very good + It looked brand new, as it should. No dents, scratches or any other apparent defects in packaging or transport.
Other items; starting, running, dual fuel options, ease of use, reliability, etc. I will attempt to update after I have had additional experience with the generator. I'm hoping the performance is matched by the packaging/appearance!
