Purchased this generator (iGen111000DFc) the end of June 2024. I can only comment on pre-starting items. 5-stars since I can't fault it for things I haven't tested as yet.
Packaging: very good+ Box was in very good condition. Only minor indents from the plastic strapping (expected). Shipped on a small pallet for easier transport/handling.
Unboxed Condition: very good + It looked brand new, as it should. No dents, scratches or any other apparent defects in packaging or transport.
Other items; starting, running, dual fuel options, ease of use, reliability, etc. I will attempt to update after I have had additional experience with the generator. I'm hoping the performance is matched by the packaging/appearance!

Very Impressed with iGen11000DFc

We have lived off grid for over 20 years and I have had multiple generators, but this is the best one so far. From the tools that come with it that are heavy duty, to the great design (oil drain tube, oil funnel, heavy duty legs and wheels and locking folding handle), to how quiet it run compare to other gen sets. It also runs well and our light do not flicker like all of our other gen sets. This was the 1st inverter gen set. We also have setup an auto gen start that works with our older Westinghouse generator (5300DF) from our inverter using the ATS plug and it works with the iGen11000DFc. The previous Westinghouse generator (5300DF) we got in 2020 and it was a lot smaller and did not run all of our stuff. The remote works at a greater range than the previous Westinghouse generator remote. We are using it on propane and have not tested it on gas yet. It is super quiet!! Not sure how much propane it uses since we only used it to pull water from our well and run the house only once.

Great Generator

After the last power outage I decided to finally purchase an inverter generator and I'm glad I chose the westinghouse iGen11,000Dfc. It's pretty quiet , holds almost eight gallons of gas, very sturdy and built right and pretty much can power my whole house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ready for Hurricane season

Just bought the new 11,000 watt inverter generator, well built and well thought out. Now i'm ready for whenever a blackout hits my medical equipments will keep running.

Out of the Box and running in 15 minutes

We decided it was time for a new generator as our 10-year-old wasn't starting during hurricane prepping. It was an easy order; it arrived in just a few days. I thoroughly read the manual and was able to fully assemble, prep for start, start it up, and had my freezer running in under 15 minutes.
Super quiet, this is all so important as our last generator kept everyone on the street up at night it was so loud. Kudos on the quietness.
Awesome control panel display. And the remote start works from inside the house if the generator is ready to start.
This is an excellent purchase that I should have made years ago!
