Good feature set & documentation

Unpacked and setup per the comprehensive and easy to follow manual (an actual paper booklet user manual - very useful), the generator started up first time without issue (propane). Going through the running in period - so far, so good. The generator also came with a basic toolkit - a nice touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look and low noise

With all the bad weather and losing power 2 times in one month is all it took. The electrician recommended this generator. Very easy to install and to get around. Love the option of being able to use both Propane and gas. Mainly will use propane to keep it cleaner. Not too much time to put together/install. Just the tires, handle, and rubber legs for friction/vibration.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great powerful and quiet portable inverter generat

I bought this a week ago, and I can't believe how easy it started and how quiet it is. My last generator was have the KW, and burned the same amount of gas.

Easy to put together

Just got my generator and all I can say right now is that it's easy to put together from the box- just wheels and tote bar. It's heavy, but the wheels help.

Oil Mess

When I unpacked this yesterday, the plastic bag that it was in had quite a bit of oil inside. After removing the bag, found that the cap on the oil drain hose was never secured. There was oil on the side cover, rear cover, and the shield on the bottom. I spent about 2 hours, mostly on removing all of the panels so I could clean them, along with wiping down the frame and other components. I just ran it for the first time and was extremely happy with how quiet it was. Enclosed is a picture of the shipping bag and the bottom pan.
