Good inverter generator, quieter than I expected, I will be purchasing another to run in parallel. Only thing it’s missing is a fuel shut off valve. Switching it to propane just shuts off the unit.

Got this for my 50amp Fifth Wheel as backup power.

The unit is new, and I have only assembled it and put oil in it. I started on Propane which was very easy to do. The on-board battery was charged, and the unit came with oil and a custom-made oil fill funnel/tube. This made getting oil in the unit very easy with no mess. It started right up and was very quiet. The only thing that was wrong with the system was the small remote starter control would not work I replace the battery, and it was fine. Overall I am happy with this unit plan on using it in 2 weeks while dry camping with the camper

Unit shipped well and well packaged. Start up was simple, except the battery in the remote was weak and I had to replace. It is a heavy unit and definitely needs the wheels to move around. The assembly of the wheels was a little troublesome, but nothing a hammer would not correct. Overall very pleased with and would recommend to someone looking to power most of your house. Emailed support a question about floating the neutral on this unit and was provided a generic answer after a two week wait... Hoping the website will eventual provide.

Well so far I’m impressed everything looks great and it fired right up the only complaint I have at the moment is I just spent 2k on this generator and I understand that it is an inverter style but I would still like to cover it up with a Westinghouse cover while it’s stored in my garage so that’s the only gripe I have thanks

while it has not been put in use as yet for power failure it is of high quality. It was easy to assemble though I little heavy for me (I am nearly 70) once together it rolls easy. Access to the oil stick was easy and with the included funnel it was no problem filling with the oil. Oil is provided however since it can get quite cold here in Wis I chose to put 5w-30 instead since our temps can get well below zero in winter months and chart recommended that for lower temps. I am having a transfer switch installed to power up my well pump and a few other circuits which this generator should have no problem with its rated 11000 watts. Most household appliances run on gas and do not care to power up AC so this unit will perform great.
