Boiught this in Nov 11, 2024. Just took it out of the box. Amazing how everything you need is included(tools,screws,bolts,etc)

I got this generator for Christmas and it's awesome!! Very efficient and quiet. Really a great product that will keep my family up and running during the hurricane/freeze seasons.

We live out in the country and electricity goes out several times a year, especially when it is very cold and demand is high. This generator runs out heat pump with ease along with all other appliances in the house. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this inverter generator a month ago, and the set up was pretty simple. I'm amazed at how quiet it is, and how smooth and clean the power is. 10/10 would recommend.

Unit only cranks manually

The unit cranked one time with the lush button and now only cranks manually. I ran it for 5 hrs and it either failed to charge the battery or their is some other issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought based upon positive reviews. Expect it to do well, bought largely due to ability to run off propane as well as gasoline. After unboxing and starting to assemble, pit on legs & wheels, found that bolts (2) for wheels not provided. A call to Westinghouse said the product had to be registered before they would provide the missing bolts for the wheels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this to use with my camper for now I am starting it today for the first time the Battery is Dead the propane adapter is not working it will not let gas to generator something wrong with it I am in the process of getting with Westinghouse to see what they will do .I will leave more latter on this unit so far I can't get to start with Battery
