So far so good

Box came a little banged up but no damage to the generator is apparent. The biggest disappointment was the manual and quick start guide were missing. I know I can get the manual online but that's not the point. I had to go online to view the manual to see how to install the wheels and stands and add the oil and since I paid for the manual it should be included. A little more quality control would resolved this issue.

Easy starting; smooth, quiet running

Bought the WGen5300s a few days before a storm knocked down trees and took out our power. Was very easy to attach the wheels and feet. Instructions were easy to follow. Started almost immediately. After about 15 minutes, it was purring at a noise level much lower than my old generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!
