I bought this Generator and when I tried to start it, the cord got stuck and it would not return.

Made this purchase during Florida Tax free week. We wanted an emergency generator in case of a rogue hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised with the build quality; very sturdy and well built. Very easy to set up and start. Runs very quiet compared to other brands I've used in the past. So far, we're very happy with this purchase.
