Great product

I brought this a week ago, after we lost power from storm Zeta for over 24 hours. I love this product and it may come in handy for the next storm coming our way(storm Eta), if we should loose power. This product is easy to use and easy to assemble.

Easy to use

We bought this generator as our first generator and so far we’ve impressed. Super easy assembly (wheels) and relatively lightweight (with no gas). Followed directions for first use, and after adding oil and gas, this was easy to fire up. We let it run for an hour as prescribed and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in relation to another generator we borrowed. Looking forward to hooking this up to the house to see how well it performs overall.

Came through in an emergency, works great

I bought this during a freak ice storm where we lost power for 11 days. This arrived on day 5 and got us through to the end. Everything works as it should. One complaint in the design--in order to change the oil, you have to unscrew a metal screw at the bottom of the oil tank. Problem is the frame is in the way and if you manage to get the screw out, you can't get it threaded straight to get it back in because of it. I had to get the frame off in order to do so, which was a nightmare. So I guess the next oil change will take more than a few hours since I won't be able to get the screw all the way out again, since it will take longer for the oil to drain. Terrible design flaw. Otherwise, generator works consistently and easily.
