Came with a great manual, excellently packaged. Started on the 3rd pull right out of the box in 33 degree weather.

Nice Machine

Arrived three days after ordering. Well packaged, but heavy. Not a one man job wrangling it out of the box and assembling. I suspended it from my tractor’s forks, did the assembly, added oil, and transported to work site. Assembling the wheels and feet was a breeze, and the needed 0.7 q of oil was supplied along with a filling spout. I’m saving that bottle to measure out the 0.7 a in the future. I’ve only run the generator twice, and the first was just a brief test to confirm that Volts, Hz, and use duration display was working. Later I put it to work for a couple hours, and everything seemed fine. What a relief to have battery start. I’m too old to be yanking a cord only to have an engine refuse to start. The generator does have a built-in trickle charger, but I doubt that’s enough to maintain the battery, especially after short bouts of use. I’m getting a small solar charger to keep the battery topped off between uses.

Generator arrived in good condition, easy to install durable wheels and started easy. Somewhat difficult to add oil but included funnel helped.

Great Generator

This generator is far superior to the Champion generators I have used in the past. This one is capable of carrying the full load of my travel trailer whereas my previous generators would not. I highly recommend this generator.

Purchased a week ago, easy to assemble, no shipment damage, starts and runs, reasonably quiet. Hope it proves to be durable over time.

Easy Start

Instant electric start, quick as turning a light switch on. Would have given five stars if owners manual was better. Directions was to add oil 'til in operating zone of dip stick.When I got it to the operating zone the full quart was consumed, so dump the full quart in and skip all the repeated checks of dip stick. Could not find capacity in specs. Over all quality of gen. is very good. Especially like the fuel shut off valve between gas tank and carburetor as this allows bowl to be completely emptied out preventing build up of carbon in the jets, a problem I had on my old gen.
