Generator and parts arrived in excellent condition. Easy to assemble. Generator started easily. Needed to change plug from my services, very easily done. After reading directions (many times), Voltage Selector switch needed to be set on 240 volts to operate on my service, thinking it had only to be on 120 volts. Contacted my electrician and he verified setting was correct because he had installed same generator earlier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this to power the house. Living in the woods we do lose power and need to work from home and keep the fridge and freezer running. This generator was easy to use and quiet enough to run without all the noise. With the wheels we are able to move around without a second person. We are buying another for a family member.
