Easy Operation

I bought this item to replace an old generator, and the starter makes all the difference in immediate operation, especially in an emergency. Called customer service to answer questions regarding a home transfer switch, and they were very knowledgeable and recommended safe practices for home use. Outstanding! Thank you!

What a Power House!

This thing purrs like a kitten as it is quieter than I expected. I haven't used it under a significant load yet but I'm sure it will no doubt deliver when called upon. Quality product and very easy to assemble the wheel kit - less than 10 minutes. I love it so far.

I did not need to use it but my coworker needed to use it. setup was fast and worked like a dream for his family. He said it was a life saver at Christmas
