Out of the box: Easy wheel installation. Oil provided with unique funnel. Filled with gasoline; Started on 1st pull....... Making electricity within a few seconds. Not as noisy as other generators this size. Makes 120vac and 240vac. For my purposes: I needed both voltages. My R.V. has a unique water heater that requires 240vac.... Nice looking and well engineered generator.

Good looking generator.

Brand new. I did fire it up and get it ready to run when needed. Very compact, not too loud cranks up easy and runs smooth. I had a little trouble threading the oil cap back on, but that could be me. Overall I believe it to be an excellent purchase.

Just received it , assembly was easy, read the book completely to make sure I understand everything about it, put oil and gas, pull a few times, knowing first start take a few pulls to get gas to the carb. Started great. So far it runs great, haven’t had chance to really use it yet but I will.

I purchased this on 4/27 2012.It arrived in a timely manner and in good shape.I have not run it yet but
everything looks good so I see no reason that it will
not work as it is supposed to.

Easy to use

Very little assembly required. I was able to get it running very quickly and I'm very glad to have it available for emergencies. It moves around with the handle very easily and it folds away nicely. Gas gauge is useful but the vibration when running does make it harder to read.

After spending a lot of time online researching portable generators, I selected this one because of the electric start and connection options. I am thrilled so far with my choice. I received it ten days after placing my order. No problem putting on the legs and wheels even though it weighs more than I do. Three days later we had a power outage. I connected to the manual transfer box and start it right up!
I would recommend this to a friend!
