Just Purchased!

Just purchased WGen5300sc Generator. I installed the mounting feet and wheels. Added the engine oil, put gas in the tank, connected the battery for the electric starter. In the first try the generator fired right up. Hopefully, I won't have any future problems 🤞

Bought this to have at our cabin and have not had a chance to use it and haven’t even got it hooked up yet. Will be glad to give a review once we use it.

I bought this last week to prepare for power outages this winter and I feel so much better knowing I have it to depend on especially with this super El Nino coming our way.

Easy Set Up

I bought this unit a few weeks ago! Easy to set up and easy to use! I like the rubber cover over the outlets and trouble free automatic start. This product should handle being a backup power source for my sump pumps, fridge, and a few comfort items.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Due to my age and the condition of my back, I needed a generator with an electric starter. After researching various options and considering the results I have had with another Westinghouse Outdoor Power product (Pressure washer), I decided on the 5300sc. So far, I have been very pleased. Wheels were easily installed and the screw in funnel was a great benefit for adding oil. The gererator started immediately upon pressing the starter switch and runs very smooth. Needless to say, I am pleased with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
