tainer with the correct minimal assembly out of box, only drawback I had was getting oil level correct. container with correct amount would be helpful. Unit started on first pull. Now ready for next power outage.

Westinghouse with great features.

I bought this a week ago and I am so happy with my purchase. I put the wheels on and did the oil and gas.
The Westinghouse Generator cranked right up. Looking forward to many years of use.

Runs Great when it runs

We bought in May of this year, started using 3 times a week with no problems for about three weeks, then the problems started ..first little things, the spring in the carberator sprung, the pull start assembly broke, the arm on the choke adjustment broke, little things that make it really hard for the generator to run correctly. Normal wear and tear I understand, but not replacing carberator in 3 weeks time, or pull start assembly twice in as many months and still no response from westinghouse support about the warranty that all this should be covered under ..but when the generator is 100%, it's amazingly quiet, handles well and easy to use, great on gas too! If you didn't get a lemon as I believe we have u will have a great generator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ready out of the box

Easy assembly of feet and wheels. Oil and spout included. Easy start. Allowed to run for a few warm up minutes and then added a light load. Runs great. Quiet compared to some other generators.

As a new homeowner, I know we have to be prepared for anything. Westinghouse is a brand that carries a great reputation, so how can you go wrong with this? I'm ready for a power outage!

I just received it today. I set it up. Put oil in which was provided and wheels on. Fueled it turned gas on and choke on started second pull. Shut off choke and ran good. Let it run for a while the plugged in a torpedo heater . It started and ran perfectly. I have not yet tried the other features . So far so good!:)
