Love it!! Except for.. damage when received

Bought a month ago, just now getting it out of its packaging, and noticed damage on the pull start cover.. it was actually pushed in preventing starting.. prying it out with a screwdriver, gonna contact manufacturer to request a replacement part..in the meantime working great.. love the electric remote start..

I bought this a month ago and traveled to AZ in my new Travel Trailer. I used it only a few times. I last used it in Monticello UT on 4-11-23 . I tried to start it Monday 4/12/23 in a tire shop parking lot waiting for the next morning opening. It wouldn't turn over AT ALL. I've tried a couple of times since I made it to the RV Park on 4-13-23, it will not start. Yes: GAS INSIDE, CHOKE ON, START BUTTON ON, MAIN DIAL ON GAS NOT PROPANE!! Still won't start?

Compact and powerful generator

I bought this generator a month ago. I had very hard time firing the generator and there was a blowing sound. After a lot of attempts, it started to run, but kept shutting off. Besides all these, I should add that this is a powerful device and could light my entire ranch (excluding the electric stove and dryer).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this generator on 4-10-23 and received it on 4-13-22. The box was pretty beat up but there was no damage.

Bought 6 months ago. Easy start and good instructions. Had a shut down problem day 1. Likely oil or CO sensor problem. Being fixed under warranty. Prompt service.
